The Sundara Treatment

A luxurious 90-minute treatment.
Using a science and holistic approach. We start by connecting into the breath, with the sound of the Himalayan bowl placed onto the base of the spine, this sends warm tingling vibrations through the body.
A sweet 10-minute massage to loosen the shoulders and pelvic girdle.
A back scrub to remove dead skin cells. Hot mitts to remove debris and soothe. The client is then gently turned over.
Warm oil is applied to the scalp and the ends of the hair.
The amazing Manta brush is used to massage the scalp and to evenly distribute the oil.
A hair mask is applied and a thermal heat cap is then placed over the head. It’s warm and cosy, the heat opens the cuticles of
the hair shaft so the product is absorbed.
The facial begins.
We use Dermaquest products which are a high-grade performance-driven range with the latest technology.
Together with essential oils and the hydro machine, which helps with a deeper penetration of the products.
Double cleanse.
Pumpkin or red algae scrub removes dead skin cells.
The scrubber is used to remove product and engrained makeup and debris from the epidermis.
The skin is then oxygenated with the use of the spray gun, this method revitalises the skin and minimises pores.
Face, neck and shoulder massage using radio frequency and ultrasound to penetrate deeper into the skin epidermis and dermis. This helps with cell turnover and elasticity
